Vessel owners, captains, and crew — to arrange and operate your charter.

Service providers — such as our messaging, email, hosting, and payment coordination tools, who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our guests, crew, or others.

Advertising and measurement partners — when you submit an inquiry we send Meta Platforms, Inc. a record that a submission occurred, together with your email address and phone number in irreversibly hashed form, so that we can measure which advertising produced it. We send this only to match you to an existing account for measurement. Meta does not receive your name, your message, or your booking details, and we do not receive information about you from Meta.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use a small number of cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to keep it running smoothly. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect some features.

We also use the Meta pixel, which sets cookies that let us see which of our advertisements led to an inquiry.
